Tommy Fleetwood wins the 2017 Race to Dubai title.

After a spectacular season and two wins, Tommy finally reaches one of his goals and wins the race to Dubai. It didn’t come easily though after Justin Rose won two out of the last three events and it literally went down to the last putt in Dubai to decide the winner…

“It wasn’t pretty today, I didn’t play how I’d like to and it just showed how tough golf is. From 11 and 12 onwards it was difficult not to think about what Justin was doing. He played amazing for three-and-half days and that back nine showed golf can be a tough and unfair game.

I have the upmost respect for Justin he’s one of the best players ever and believe me I had very mixed emotions watching his finish. Happy for me of course and what I’d achieved but just didn’t want it to happen that way really.

It’s been a big year though for me in many ways  our son Frankie arriving is by far the happiest moment of my life and we are finishing the year off by getting married in the best couple of weeks so all is great!

On the course has been very special, I’ve played some of the best golf of my career and done things that I’ve never done before. I’ve not set my goals yet for 2018 season but already looking forward to it!’
